Do you exercise?

Even if it is just walking, do you exercise and how often?

yes, i do exercise a lot. i run 5 kms twice a week, i ride my bike going to work everyday and sometimes, especially when the weather is hot, i go swimming. before i used to run almost everyday but now i only do it twice a week.it really helps me keep fit

I wish I had time, never been much for running though, swimming I could manage.

actually, im not doing it by choice. my work requires me to be physically fit and so it is part of their program to let us run 5kms twice a week. there is a swimming pool beside the place where i stay so when i go home after work and im still not that tired i go swimming

its important to keep active, walk bend stretch, I find gardening good exercise.Suffering from angina it can get painful but I just rest and then carry on.

i do walk a lot. to go to work, i park my car at the train station, and there are loads of cars parked there as well, and by the time i reach the parking lot, all of the parking lots located nearby the train station are already occupied. so i have to park far, far away. i take the train to go to work and the train station is also not that near to my workplace, gotta walk somemore. it's tiring!:P that's one form of exercise that i do hehe...better than nothing .

i actually dont spend doing any form of exercise.. but i try keeping my weight in control through diet and consistency in my physical activity.. i dont stay without doing any work. i try to expend the energy which i gain.. im a nutrition n dietetics student,, so i know how to keep my weight in control!!!!

i play a lot of games...breaking out a sweat is normal for me in any game.i do exercise only once in a while!

I do but I've not since getting home from my trip last Wed....I start up again on Thursday though...I do strength training, run on the treadmill, yoga, pilates and in the warm months I do a LOT of bike riding....I try to get in a minimum of 3 or 4 days a week but now that the warm weather is here I'll most likely get up to 5-6 days a week....

Yes I exercise. I love it! I take a Jazzercise class twice a week...an awesome class and I take an aerobics class twice a week. I feel better and look better since I've been doing this. I have been taking excercise classes for almost 7 years now! I would highly recommend Jazzercise...especially if you like to dance! I walk 5km everyday and do aerobics 3 times a week for exercise. Although now that summer is almost here I can't wait for the swimming pool in our estate to open, I'll be there every day swimming!!

I need to exercise more I've put on some weight over the winter I'd like to lose before the summer so I can fit into my summer clothes. I do Yoga and walk for exercise I need to do Yoga more as it really works on helping to shape and tone your body.

I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week during lunch time at my company clubhouse, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit. I have another set of exercise by walking 10,000 steps a day as my target. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house to make the numbers.

I like walking.the best exercise is the one that you will do.walking is considered one of the best choices because it's easy,safe and cheap.Brisk walking can burn as mwny as calories as running,but is less likely than runing or jogging to cause injuries.And it doesn't require any training or special equipment,except for good shoes.walking is an aerobic and weight-bearing exercise,so it is good for our heart and helps prevent osteoporosis.

Yup, I do exercise. . walking in the morning with my dog, kimie, then after cleaning the house (I still consider it as part of my exercise), I do a 15-minute treadmill, and that's it...I do this routine every morning; except of course when it rains that I skip the morning walk, and I do the treadmill at once.
