I get more migraines in the summer(also my daily headaches are worse). I have multiple causes for my headaches and migraines.I do know the heat/humidity makes EVERYTHING hurt.(I have other pain ailments that include my entire body.)Almost everything can be a trigger for me as I have multiple types of head pain.

There are many triggers to migraines. Some of which include the sun, allergies and barometric pressure changes. This time of year you have a lot of these, especially the pressure changes. I know it's giving me a hard time with them as well. Every time the weather changes my head starts pounding. Add into that the sun and allergies and a migraine is soon to follow. I don't know if there is anything to be done about them except to try and avoid the triggers. The problem is pressure changes you cannot avoid.

Yes, I have had 2 migraines since spring started. I think it is allergy related. Also the fact the AC has been on at work constantly and we have had a lot of rain and humidity this spring. Lots of wind too. I can;'t afford to go to bed with it so I kkep my migraine meds with me at all times and wjhen feel one coming on take it. So far this season one pill has worked.

I give some suggestions :firstly you must have a good habit of sleeping. You shouldn't sleep very late for work.
Secondly you can eat some vegetables and fruits.
Third you can do more sports after working or studying.
Wish everyone have a good condition.

For many people with migraines sun is a trigger, so during summer they have a lot more to deal with than in winter.
