The reason edge won is because he is being pushed so much at the moment to being WWE's top heel. Undertaker and Mr Kennedy needed surgery so who better to steal the victory....EDGE. Also seeing as mark henry is back i see him either interferng in the Judgment day match (edge vs batista) or he will face Kane.

i just read from the wwe homepage about the story.undertaker just worn out fro the match with batista then all of a sudden mark henry and edge ruined the night. I think wwe is planning something and if i get it right, this is how it wouold go.the undertaker, the phenom, the deadman is an attraction himself.regardless of what he does, who he's fighting,whether he's a good or a bad guy, wwe fans would do anything to watch the phenom.Now, wwe fans also watch intensely on whoever the champion is, and being a champion propels a wrestlers status.by having th undertaker as a champion, all eyes will be on him and the attraction for smackdown is dwindled.give the title to someone else and have a separate plot for that, have the undertaker take on a different plot, and instantly, fans will be looking at two plots. and so the list goes on. But you're right, edge is not in any way worthy of being the one who would strip the phenom of the title...it sucks!

I think that is so freaking ridiculous! I hate edge. He is such a cheater. My husband and I were talking about it Monday and then again last night. He goes to all those wrestling rumor sites and everything so he found out about edge cashing in the money in the bank. I don't know why they had to announce it on ECW cause most people don't know that smackdown is taped. It couldn't wait till friday. I really like Kennedy too. that was a shame that he had to lose his money in the bank to edge but I guess he is gonna be out for 6-8 months with an injury so it makes sense. But why Edge??!!!

another clever move by edge indeed... shades of 2006 NY Revolution... Edge is the Master of Surprises, he will get you when you least expect it! I think he will hold the title for sometime until either Taker or Batista returns from injury.... and yes, Batista will be busy with Mark Henry! CLever move by WWE also by transfering Edge to Smackdown since 2 of its stars are injured.... how i wish they would reactivate JBL now, to add more spice.....

Edge has been really the opportunists when cashing in money in the bank contract for what i know. He won the first ever money in the bank contest and cashed it in on the right time against John Cena before, when Cena survived a Hell in a Cell match. He took the opportunity before, and he took it again. A clever move if you take it on a technical basis. But then again, it is like cheating really. He takes on the Champ after being decimated by opponents. He won't last long as World Heavyweight Champion of Smack Down. Batista, Undertaker and Kennedy will be the three going after him. Though Batista i think will be busy against the return of Mark Henry. It would be another fun watching action over at Smackdown.

Yeah he is very opportunist person and always look for his chance...If Undertaker is the daedman or the King og Mentle Game, Batista is the Animal than he is the most clever wrestler in WWE histroy I suppose...He is a kind of person who don't believes in fighting much and only looks for the opportunity at the right time...So clever...
