Weii the question is like if u like a person and want to propose the person but u are not sure about what the other person thinks, or u are still new to the relation and not sure whether the relation would work for a lifetime, or just bother if other person might get angry on u, when is the right time?

for me, their is no right time to say that word,, if you really loves a person tell it never wait for the right time,, because time is very important to me,, don`t waste time.. if she/he might angry to you accept it atleast you tell your true feelings..

I think it is the best time when you will do anything for that special someone in your life, your not afraid to tell the world that you are with the person that makes you happy.
