What I always do before frying my chicken is marinate them with some smashed garlic, smashed ginger, turmeric powder, salt, MSG and black pepper powder for a few hours. The turmeric powder helps to put the fat smell away and gives.

When I like to cook for some fried chicken, I do the most easiest way of preparing it. I buy some chicken breading specifically the "Crispy Fry" brand. It taste good and makes the chicken crispy and yummy. I like it serve plain without any gravy or sauce. But when I eat with my favorite food chain I prefer to have it with their special gravy. It makes me eat alot, I really enjoy fried chicken. I'm sure you do too.

I do not usually eat many fried foods because of the cholesterol. When I do fry chicken I like to marinate it in soy sauce and garlic powder. Sometimes I add other things to the mix, but these two things are essentials for me. Of course, after looking at this discussion, I might be trying some new ideas.

When I fry chicken I like to marinade the chicken over night in buttermilk. It makes the chicken juicy. I use several different spices such as garlic powder, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, chili powder, wheat flour, and a few others. I like to pan fry the chicken. I use a totally different recipe when I am deep frying the chicken.
