In my whole family i am the most slim person.
my dad, my uncles and cousins are all well built.
I eat well and have no health problem as such. No bad habits, even then i am underweight. I am 5 ft 10'' tall. But my weight is just 52 kilograms.
I tried many nutrition items but of no use. I want to gain weight without having any side effect.
Please suggest me effective ideas.

the name of the pill is GINSENG KIANPI PILL, my husband and my dad already used it long time ago,the only effect is only u eat a lot!!if you think u've already gained your weigh then you can stop the pill.my dad use it only if he lost some weights coz sick, coz sometimes he lost apetite after sick so he drink this.but my hubby used it for 3 months then he stopped bcoz he felt he's gained his ideal weight, but no doubt he will use it again if necessary he said.hope you can find the medicine in your country :) let me know

Hello There!
I was skimming the discussions and noticed your request for ideas on weight gain. Have you ever heard of Isagenix? The product we have is called 9Day Cleansing Program and we have a 30 Day as well. What it does is cleanse the body of harmful impurities on the cellular level while feeding it with quality nutrition so as to not starve it like most cleansing or diet programs. This program is for anyone! Meaning that if your body needs to gain weight or lose weight that's what it will do. You see impurities are stored in fat cells to protect the bodies vital organs.
One of the side benefits (side effects) is safe weight loss while building lean muscle tissue. I know you are one that wants to gain weight here and this can be accomplished "IF" your body needs to do so. I will include this link to a story about just such results.

Regardless of ones size, it's important to Cleanse, Replenish, Revitalize!
Have a look at this amazing evolution in nutrition. You can contact me anytime
with questions you may have about the product.
Have a swell day!

alot has to do with what you eat as well and drink. you want to eat healthy of course but you need to get the punds too. my husband is 5 9 and weights 105 pounds so i know what you mean i have a daughter that weights 59 pounds and she is 4 3. i worry about them both but the doctor says it is ok cause they are healthy and eating good. he told me to feed them peanutbutter, fresh beans, milk, milkshakes, breads, potatoes, and other healthy but fattening foods lol. he said also to get them to only drink 1 gallon of water a day and the other times drink juices or gatorade etc. he said cokes are fattening but not good for you. i wish you luck though

I know some people which are underweight but they feel great. It is just a genetic feature, your metabolism is probably very fast and consumes everything it gets. If you feel good like this you should not stress so much about your weight but if you feel weak, or just not attractive you can try to do some active sports like: biking, swimming, aerobics etc and have more consistent meals but don't exagerate with chocolate and such unhealthy stuff.

I do swimming and biking. I do take balanced diet properly.
yeah that is correct that some people have fast metabolic rate. I think same is with me. but what ever i eat it should get absorbed in the body and should help me gain weight.
Anyways .... health wise i don't feel unhealthy. But of course i need more sleeping hours.

I do simple exercises ( though not regularly ).
And as far as eating is concerned, I eat lavishly.
Thanks for your advice, I need to workout on regular basis.
