Spam button for private messages in mylot?

I think that the only people who can send you a private message here on mylot are those who are on your friends list. You can either send them a message to say that you are not interested in what it is they are offering and not to send you anymore private messages like that. The other thing is that you can send it to mylot admin and let them deal with it. As you do not have enough points to do a copy and paste yet, you can ask them how the private message can be sent. It is up to you but if they really bother you, then let the sender or mylot know that you are not happy. The other thing you can do is to delete the person from your list of friends. I suppose what action you take depends on how many private messages you have received on mylot. Whether or not it is more than one and from more than one person or the same person would have some bearing on your decision.

For private messages, those must coming from your friend's list. The best way is to delete your friend who keep on spamming you. It sound harsh, but it much more better than your messages being filled with spamming. I don't think there will be any spam button in there.

Many times, I feel the same way as you, and wish that there was a SPAM button or such on this site, so that if someone keeps on sending you a lot of other offers, you can Report them so they do not in turn keep on doing this to others. But you can also do as others have suggested on here, and Remove them from your Friends list, and keep track of their names somewhere so you do not accept them on your Friends list again. It does get annoying when someone asks to be your Friend and then Spams you. Most of the time I am thinking they never want to Respond to your Posts to earn them $$, so why are they wanting to be your Friend?

As far as I know, you shouldn't be getting private messages from anyone who is not on your friends list. Usually, when I have a friend who keeps spamming me, I delete them. Some people only ask you to be their friend so that they can send you spam. I generally delete anyone who is promoting their site or sending me anything not related to something going on in Mylot.
