can you give some examples of food that you find healthy?

hai maemaemae ,congrats on achieving of 100+ and having 5 star ,and my friendly advise post discussions with 4-5 line and with picture so you get best responses as well best earnings too.yes definitely god gives us so many fruits and vegetables and food items in this universe have for good health,i suggest like this,every day morning two glasses of water mixed with honey one table spoon and two table spoon lemon juice,in early hours before the sun come after on hour after toilet go for lite jog and have raw fruit like cucumber,carrot or any one raw fruit,then after half hour have bath and have your break fast with fruit of any of your choice along with break fast on glass juice, then go for lunch same with any fruit juice half cup and have buttermilk too,then in the evening some snacks like bread or any thing and have your dinner 3 hours before your sleep and one hour before sleep have one more glass of fruit juice,if u feel lean in place of fruit juice make milk mixed with one table spoon of honey in hot milk and have it it increase your body cells,any more and clear info needed add me and send message i send all details of schedule

moreover food made in homes is healthy..... coz thy r made by less oil..... n good eatables..... but if u go outside,say in restraunts n hotels...thy least bother about oil..n vegtables...or any other thing.... so in my opinion home food is healthy food....

I can give you lots of tips on healthy foods, first you need a griddle or a non-stick skillet. You can take boneless chicken and grill it with some zucuinni, carrots, and oninons. Sprinkle it with a little bit of lemon pepper salt, continue to grill. When the chicken is cooked all the way take a fresh lemon and squeeze it over the vegi's and the chicken. It makes a lovely meal and only takes like 15 minutes to make. You can also make some healthy vegi combos, like this: Take out all your favorite veggies, like carrots, zuchuinni, green beens, water chesnuts, and some corn. Put some pinappple in and some apple bites. Grill that in a small non-stick skillet, add in some rice that you've cooked to perfection. and sprinkle just a little bit of splenda all over the meal. You can add sweet and sour sauce to this or just some soy sauce, it makes a lovely healthy meal. Silent
