smoking cessation

a lot of people especially the male love to smoke. What's in the cigarette that they love of? i know, they knew what well happen to them if they happened to be a chain smoker. It causes lung cancer, COPD, Emphysema, Bronchitis and heart dse. how will you know if you have this disease? the most common with them is that you will have shortness of breath, difficulty breathing because the lumen of the bronchi becomes narrow in such time it will be close causing death.
So why not stop smoking and live a healthy life with your family, friends and love ones...

I wonder if non-smokers realize just how difficult it is to quit smoking. No offense, but if it was so easy, there wouldn't be nearly as many smokers. Most smokers I know don't even want to smoke any more but find it nearly impossible to break the addiction, even with various smoking cessation methods. It is very, very difficult. Nobody wants lung cancer or other diseases they simply don't know how to quit.
