Do you skip breakfast in the morning?

Hi aladnzane. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is necessary to eat our breakfast everyday. I don’t skip meals in the morning because I know it would be of great advantage if you’re going to eat your breakfast. When we eat, it gives us energy for the whole day, thus we can do our routine activities without getting tired easily. We can finish our work faster without hassle. Our health also will be in good hands.

for some reason, to me, it seems like my body has its own feeding clock. I can't eat too early, I'll get nauseous possibly throw up, if i eat too late, I'll end up eating an extra meal late into the night and that's not really good for my health, I know.

yea , i used to do that when i stayed at the hostel . The food over the re sucked. But now i don't because i was almost stunted in growth during those days when i used to skip breakfast. I really won't recommend that.

I agree that I feel sick when I do it, but I hardly have the time. I have to go to college in the morning and work in the evening. I hardly have time in between to get to eat anything as well, so sometimes I go all day without eating and I eat when I get home after being gone all day for like 15 hours. It sucks really really bad.

Skipping the breakfast, oh, no, man.That can do nothing good to you except for making you hard as a stone, but only your gall bladder.Is it very funny? NO!It is a very very serious matter:skiping breakfast, then your gall won't work, then less bile secretion, then a high concentration of bile, then cholecytectomy!
SO NEVER SKIPPING YOUR BREAKFAST AGAIN i am not joking!

Even when I'm in a hurry I always try to put something in, most especially before I go to work. I have this feeling that whenever I miss breakfast, I am less alert and focus at work, and I feel like my brain's a little empty, I don't know why maybe it's just me.

I dont diet but i always skip my meal every mornimg.. It jsut that i dont have time to work coz i really in hurry to go office.. and when i get there,then i starving.. but im used to it already.. I have 2 meals a day for almost 6 months..

i am slim . i want to put on weight but i don't have time for breakfast .i wake up early and i have to go to school .i feel ok anyway.

I skip it because i can't NO APPETITE perhaps.. feel sick when i want to eat it.
maybe the brakfast isn't too delicious. well the range time when i woke up n i ate breakfast has to be long, for instant i can only eat my breakfast 2 hour after i woke up. if i just eat it, i will blew it all. so if i want to eat breakfast i have to wake sooooo early :) well cos i choose sleep than eat so I SKIP THE BREAKFAST

though i'm a little bit fat, but i never skip breakfast in the morning, for breakfast is much important to our health i think so. And we'd know that health is much important than everything, in my personal opinion, i just think those who skip breakfast for dieting purpose is really not a wise behavior.

I usually skip breakfast, combination of no time, no appetite and generally sleeping till about 10 anyways. Only when I have a test upcoming or so on the day and I have to wake early for it I tend to eat breakfast for some extra glucose but that's it.
