I spent my early years of youthfulness in Batangas where I used to eat "Sinaing na Tulingan". I don't know what its english term but it looks like a dwarf tuna version. My grandmother will only boiled it with water, salt, dried "kamias" fruit, and some pork fat to make it more delicious. Its really simple to prepare and the longer it cooked the more it become delicious. Its sauce "patis" alone is so hard to resist, you can combine it with fresh local tomato to make it more special food trip.
How about your province, what special food trip it offers and distinctly known to that place? Common share it, it may add up my interest or the readers to visit it sometime.
