Hi! i just want 2 kn0w tht h0w i can create papPal account ? m0stly earning site recomend paypal account. which i d0nt have and cann0t create :( am fr0m Pakistan but lives in Kuwait. in paypal c0untry list PAKISTAN & KUWAIT is n0t there :( what shld i d0 :( i've e-g0ld account als0 but PayPal :s Thankx In Advance

hi iam from india and i was able to create a paypal account and i think almost every country is listed i did not check for pakistan or Kuwait in particular but iam sure you will be able to create a account unless the govts have a policy where they dont allow paypal...anyway i will try to send you the link which i used to create maybe if you go through that you should be able to select your country...its just a try good luck :) http://www.paypal.com/row/mrb/pal=2K7H69EVV4NP6

Thankx 4 ur reply :) YES.. u r rite... "unverified" is written there :s i already told u tht i dnt have a Credit Card :s only VISA ELECTRON i have. BUT what if i want 2 WITHDRAW the money ? the reason WHY i j0ined MYLOT is 0nly 2 make m0ney n WITHDRAW :s it means N0 use in mylot. its a waste of time :( ANY BETTER SOLUTION ? Thankx

Sign up with Paypal is not as easy as E-gold. Paypal needs confirmation about your credit/debit card to verify. Maybe you can sign up as another citizen e.g. UK. Try it.
