Is everyone neccessary to have their own WILL written?

What is a Will? Who need to write a Will? Why it is important to write a WILL? What will happen in your country if someone pass away without a WILL? Where his/her properties go to? To his/her family members? in what proportion? Who else can claim his/her properties?

I think the poor people do not need a will after they passed away, but for rich people, in order to avoid their children fighting with patrimony and protect their kid's right of inheriting patrimony, it's better to write a will. LOL

Well, If I am very rich then it very nice to do a will and signed by a lawyer.
this is to make sure that my children will get their share withour a fight.
