I purchased from them a thousand points. The points are not reflected on my balance and they are not answering my emails. Thanks in advance.

I am a member of Trueview Traffic, and they have always been straight up with me. Try writing Kyle directly at kyle@trueviewtraffic.com. It may be that your email provider is blocking the email from them. Add this email address to your address book and to your whitelist to prevent that from happening.
