Anglicanism was created when Henry VIII wanted to divorce his wife and marry another but the pope wouldn't allow it. So Henry decided to start his own religion and break away from the pope. Afterward, if you didn't follow the king's religion, you were considered a heretic and were killed.
I find this history very interesting because to know a religion and see how valid it is, look at the founder.
To all you Anglicans, I'm curious, have you ever thought that you are following a religion only created because of selfishness and greed?
I don't mean to insult, but that is why this religion was formed. Henry VIII claimed he was called by God to break away from the pope. Yet, he was also "called by God" which resulted in the murdering of several people, including two of his wives. This makes me wonder about the validity of Anglicanism.

The Church of England is a very politicised Church with the English Monarch as its head rather than a spirtual leader. However, this shouldn't detract from the fact that the Church has spiritual value to the people who are devotees.
