HI, guys. I come from united kingdom. here we normally sign a 12 or 18 month contract with a network to get some free minutes in a calendar month. of course we should pay.
for example i am holding the 02 contact with 500 free minutest cross any network at anytime. when I am calling abroad, i will call a number firstly and then press destination country number directly. only deduct my free minutes of my contact minutes of 02. if my this number from other network or BT local line, that will charge me at national rate.
if you guys are interested in this number, i can pass to you. that is 08709966709 for weekday and peak time, another one 0844 552 6709 is for the weekend and off peak time.
how about you guys from uk? which way do u use to call abroad. thanks

Thanks. VOIP is legal in UK. I am using as well. but not always, because it is not very convenient. I have to stay at home with my company on line. sometimes the connection just drove me mad. I cannot stand it............... long long story. but anyway, it is good way as well. thanks
