Do you believe that reciting positive affirmations to yourself helps put you in a positive frame of mind in order to you to achieve all your life's goals? I am a firm believer in positive affirmations and I keep a gratitude journal where I write all my affirmations. I find that it helps me focus on what's good in my life and helps me focus on reaching my goals. Here is an example of positive affirmations and let me know your thoughts after you read them through:
* I have many new ideas and am inspire to take action
* My higher self is revealing to me my special talents
* I take action when I feel guided and inspired to do so
* I allow only positive thoughts of the future to occupy my mind
* My ideal career is manifesting for me now
* Divine light flows through me making clear what I am to do
* I focus on that which is good & loving in me and others
* I love doing what I feel inspired to do, I am blessed
* I have all the energy I need to fulfill my dreams
* My higher self is revealing to me my ideal career
* I am now attracting to me my ideal Job

Hi Wachit! Yes, I do believe that positive affirmations are very helpful. And they put you in a good positive mind frame and outlook. My professor in college, used to say to us; that the first thing to do when you wake up is to look at the mirror. And then smile, and say, "I'm beautiful"~lol. We used to laugh about it. But it's true, if you think positively once you wake up in the morning. You'll have a great day. And to always think positive, makes you stronger and more focus to achieve success.
Have a great day! (^^,)

Positive thinking would help you in leading a healthy and confident life . I have an assertion which I repeat on all days :" Day by day I am growing better and better ". The chant really works . It gives me a lot of strength to pursue difficult situations.
