Are you a morning type person or does it take forever to wake up?

I'm a morning person on my days off from work. When it is time to wake up on a work day I just do not want to get out of bed. I do like my job and I'm wide awake prior to my alarm waking me (which is a music CD) because of my biological clock.

I consider myself a morning person. Even if I slept late the night before, I would wake up as soon as the sun rises. I can not stay in bed and would start to make coffee. I never have to use an alarm clock except when I have to get up before sunrise. I usually take a nap in the early afternoon, though, if I did not get enough sleep the night before. But sometimes, if I am too busy, I can stay up until my bedtime.
