I just tried out a new way of making my pot roast and it came out delish! I have to share it with all of you and you must try it and let me know what you think.
Princeworthy Pot Roast
1 Beef Chuck Roast
1 package of GrillMates Garlic, Wine and Herb Marinade
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
3-4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Minced Onions
Take the pot roast and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Place in baking pan and fill with water halfway up the roast. Pour the mainade mix in the water and a little on top of the roast. Add The vingar to the water. Drizzle the olive oil on the roast and around in the water. Sprinkle the minced onions over all of this. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for about 3 hours for a 3-4lb roast, flip it over about halfway through. Turn off oven and let it sit in the juices for about a half an hour. Remove, slice and serve.
Oh my gosh it is sooo good! I served it with cresent rolls, green beans and corn. I wish I had some potatoes to go with it :)
So what are you having for dinner?

This sounds great! Unfortunately, I've still got some corned beef leftovers in the fridge. But I'll try it when we're feeling beefy.
Aren't pot roasts the best? Not a lot of work but sooo good!

We had homemade pizza last night, everytime I make spaghetti I save the sauce for the next night and put it on some pizza dough, put some cheese on top and we have a great homemade pizza. My family loves it. Thanks for this recipe I will have to try on it on Sunday, my family loves Pot Roast.

I think chuck roast is the absolute best for the price, and this sounds really good. Now I wish I hadn't just made pot roast a couple days ago. I will definitely have to try your recipe soon though. My family loves a good roast. Thanks for sharing.
