Do you like being the Driver or a Passenger?

I like driving as a driver. Whenever I'm in a car with someone else driving, all I can think of is concentrate on all the little mistakes the driver makes. It gets especially interesting with my Dad, when I complain about his driving, his reply will be "remember who taught you how to drive?" So what would you be, the driver or the passenger?

I'd rather drive... it keeps me busy in the car and keeps me alert. If I am in the passenger seat, especially on longer drives, I will more than likely fall asleep if I am not driving. Plus, I like having the control of driving as opposed to watching someone else drive. I get nervous sometimes...

I prefer being the passenger but I'll drive if I need to. I just get a little nervous when I'm behind the wheels so I think it's definitely better to let my husband do the driving (he's a good driver) and I just relax.

I much prefer to be a driver, I guess you could say I am a rather nervous passenger, I tend to think other people take a lot more risks than I like to take, I don't think many people are very patient on the roads, i like to take my time and not stress.

It really depends. I don't like being boxed in or dealing with traffic jams because it makes me nervous, especially when driving and it's hard taking my mind off of it because driving is something that you really need to pay attention too. So, if I can drive easily without sitting in a traffic jam, then I really don't worry about whether or not I'm driving.

I would rather be the passenger.I used to like driving when I was younger but now I would rather be the passenger.Me and my husband always fight over who is going to drive.LOL.Now if it is a driver that drives scary I think I would like to be the driver.Sometimes my sister can scare the crap out of me when she is driving. She stops almost when she is close to the car in front of her which makes me want to put my feet through the floor to stop her.LOL.Never thought I woud act like my mom in that nature.LOL.

They say that it will be very difficult to concentrate on driving when somebody particularly the passenger keep on saying something about the way he drives. It is better to stay quiet and put on the seatbelt and hold on tightly to the car if you feel nervous about the way the driver drives the car. Anyway, when I still don't know how to drive I always wanted to be a driver. But now that I have learned and had been driving for 3 years, I just wanted to be the passenger. Why, because it is more relaxing to just sit there and view the scenery that is passing by. Driver is always concentrated on the road.

I usually like to be the driver, as I like to be in control of my surroundings. however, if the driver was to be my father I never had a trouble being his passenger, with him I always felt secure and at ease.... I would feel ill at ease if I were to be the driver for him though.

I prefer to be the driver. I love to drive and when I drive I can drive the way I want. When I'm the passenger I have no control of the car and sometimes I also complain about how the driver is driving.
When I'm driving I feel better, I feel free to do whatever I want, to put some music on or to open the windows.

I perfer being the passanger then the driver because its more relaxing if your just sitting in the passanger seat you dont have to worry about getting into an accident when your driving and you can listen to your headphones which is good if your driving with your parents so you dont have to talk to them which is why I hate driving with my parents because they always annoy me and I have to listen I cant put on my headphones while driving.

I am the driver. I have a hard time being the passanger. I was in a really bad car accident when i was 16 as the passanger and since then I get paranoid while ridning car with someone no mater how good of a driver they may be. I need to have the control of driving to feel safe and confortable. I especially cannot ride with my husband he suffers from severe case of raod rage and thinks everyone else is out to cut him off ride his a** or race him. plus he like to hug the birm of the road almost to the point that he could go off into the gravel and lose control at anygiven minute.
