I have a paypal account question?

Can I use my paypal account even if it is unverified?I tried purchasing something online and it wouldn't let me.I've also tried getting a check from them and that didn't work either.I don't have a credit card or bank account so what can I do?Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated and giving a + rating.

I am afraid that you can't do anything with unverified paypal account even you want to receive fund from other paypal user you need to get your account verified first. You can get a debit card and verify your account with the debit card. I am doing the same.

I also have a unverified paypal account and use it to get money from some website and I only get $0.08 in my account now .
In China, it is hard to get verified paypal account as we don't have any visa card from USA .
But we can get the real money from some agency.
we can change our paypal money to real money by the agency.

As far as I know from experience with my daughter you have to have your account verified before you can use any money payed into the account.
