if Cash4Mail is a good website to earn extra money ?

I join Cash4Mail on April and read emails from it .
I have $3.90 in my account there now ,and the mim is $10 .
I am not sure if it is a good website to earn extra money , if any one know this website ?
and if anyone get paid from this website ?
it give $2 for sign up bonus, so I gain $1.9 to read emails.
and I don't get any refer to this website .
As I never refer any one to a website unless I get paid from it .

Getting referals might be hard for you as it is for me.I have long lists of programs which i have joined and really I am earning more than this from there.I have whole long lists of programs which you can check out if you want to its on my website.Not only this like its minimum payout is $10 i have somesites which have low minimum payouts like $3 or $4 so if you want to try them visit this page

I have not heard about this one before but if its paying it sounds good $2.00 signup bonus plus $1.90 in around one month not that bad at all i guess in total of 4 months you might be able to get a payout and by the way what payment processor do they use if e-gold than i'll be your referral just pm me the link.
