No. I think that when people kill themselves, they obviously are either severely depressed or have some other mental issue. If someone is severely depressed, which pushes them to commit kill themselves, I feel bad for them. I dont think they are sinning. Its just like if a mentally handicapped person killed someone because of their handicap, I wouldnt want them to go to jail or be put to death, I would want them to get help.
