According to you what is true happiness? is it possible to stay in this state constantly, or is it better to be neutral, coz i guess without sadness, happiness cannot exist...

Defining the true meaning of happiness is quite difficult. As unique as we are, we have our own subjective definitions of happiness. For me, happiness is having a good amount of peace and harmonious relationships with the people around me and at the same time constantly looking and doing new things in life.
Happiness could be an elusive thing if we are looking for it in the wrong pond or barking the wrong tree. Happiness is just deep within us and could never be found externally.

For me true happiness is when you feel contented and satisfied about the things happening to you. Of course pain will always be a part of that joy because you can never taste the real meaning of happiness once you don't feel the pain and sadness......

when things happens as what you wanted them to be,you may feel happy ,but it might not be any happiness ,cos' different people have different definition of happiness
without sadness ,there won't be happiness, i agree ! maybe this is so-called philosophy.
