at first i thought, "hey why should i vote? if one of those elected makes a false move, who's to blame? the people who voted for them, right?" well, that was before. as i watched the debates of the senatoriables, i was able to distinguish those who are deserving to be elected and the not-so intellected ones... (ehem.. victor wood. hahaha :) ) so now, i'll be voting. :) but only those who have really proven that they can make a difference. i can make a difference by voting those who are worthy of the job... and after that, it's their job to make it all happen.. :)

I will be voting. For the first time. And yes, I do think it will make a difference. Positive or negative, it's yet to be settled later. But I am hoping for the best.

God willing I will vote this coming May 14 elections, whether it would be counted or not. I have to do my duty as a law-abiding Filipino citizen. The right of suffrage is one occasion where we are given equality, one vote for the rich as well as the poor, and also for the young from 18 years old as well as the old as long as the person is capable to read and write. So that my conscience will not bother me at all on this matter, I will cast my vote for those I believe can do good for our country despite the rampant graft and corruption which I hope will be minimized to the lowest if the opposition candidates could win in this elections.
