There is a saying that goes: You must learn to love yourself before loving anyone else. So once we have learned to love ourselves for who we really are, to what extent does that love go to? How much does it grow? What is the measure of that self admiration which we possess? Are you wondering to yourself whether you love yourself too much or just about the right amount?

loving one's self is not self admiration or vanity for that matter.we cannot share something which we don't have in ourselves.we start to care because we care for ourselves. if we are kind to ourselves like a best friend and a lover then we would know how to love someone else better but what we should not loose is the love of self more than someone else. it is a form of self preservation whereas if you love someone give him the 49% and leave the 51% for your sake.the more that we could love that person because of the confidence you put upon yourself.

As for me, I hate myself...often think why God gave me this existence on earth '/

Well if you will not love yourself then your inner self will not allow to love others,
love yourself and then express your love to others,......
So i love myself and love others........
thats why others love me
