How would you define a friend????

I have lots of friends because when i met someone at the first time i consider them as my friends, lots of people in my life are coming in and out but they are still my friends even though i forgot their names but if i saw them again, i still remember them, not by name but their faces. Im not a choosy person but my question is what is really a friend? i mean how would you define a friend? cause all people i met i considered them as my friend. Is it right to consider them?...hope you will response my discussion..thank you!

A friend is a person to be with when you need an advice or support, or just nothing. Someone who you can talk to casually.

for me friend ,,is the one who understands you ..helps you in times of needs/calamities ,.guides you in every step that you make .,

well a friend is someone that you can lean on and always there when you're in need of help...in addition, a friend is someone who understands you and who fights for you whenever you're in trouble or have a problem :)

A friend in need is a friend indeed. Always give time to friendship. Take time. Dont consider a passer by as your friend. One thing i learnt from my experience that never lend money to your friend. Then you loose your money and friend both.

Different people have different thoughts,for me I think friends are the men who can go together with you whatever situation you are in.They can help you at anytime even if you never ask them.And they will disappear when you are in thrive time.That is the true friend.

Some say a cherished chum is someone you'd pick to be a relative,but a chum wouldn't do that to a truly cherished chum,so I have my owm definitions. A fiend is born from convenience and proven by incovenience.When you ask a freind for a favor,He say when-not why.life is a blancing act; a friend is the safty net.Love may make the world go around,but a friend keeps you from falling off. Friendship is a gift we can give to ourselves.To have a friend you have to be one-which explains the "i" in friendship.
