that is neat, I have friends with 13 children, each has a name that starts with the letter "R"
I think Miguel is a beautiful name it makes me think of Saint Michael the Archangel.
Raul, Raymond, Richard, Robert, Ronald, Raphael, Rupert, Reginald, Rosco, Rory, Rene, Ramey, Rathbone, Ralph, Rufus, Randolph, Randy, Rudolpho, Rex, Roddy, Roderick, Ricky
Michael, Manuel, Miles, Mark, Matthew, Madison, Mason, Mortimer, Maximilian, Monty, Mitch, Max,
well that is all I can think of at this time.
congratulations on your pregnancy.

I have a friend who actually just had a baby boy. She named him Royce. I kind of like the name Royce. You know Miguel Royce sounds good together.
Or Royce Miguel.

hi! welcome to mylot! :)
goodluck to the delivery... :) miguel is a nice one, with an old spanish hint on it, and michael is the english counterpart.
as for the names, with R and M as initials, i have very limited suggestions:
-Ramon Miguel (nickname: Ram or Migs)
-Michael Rae (nickname: Mick or Mic-Mic)
-Reuben Miguel (nickname: Rain or Migs)
take care. :)
