Birds... Who Knows These Answers?

There are many birds where I live, because of the abundance of trees, so each morning, the Dawn Chorus is great... I love to hear them.
Now, for some years, there has been one particular bird who stands out from the rest, apart from my regular visitor, Mr. Green, the Woodpecker. This bird is always outside my window at dawn; before dawn in fact, and he starts up the chorus. He's louder and he sounds as though he's saying "Here ya go", lol.
That's the reason I notice him... sometimes I'll take a walk up to the cemetery and sit a while, and I hear the same bird up there... surely he's the only one to appear to say these words. I'm sure it's not a common call. It's ten to eight now, and he was out there from 4.45 until five minutes ago, shouting "Here ya go!" lol. Now, I guess he's gone up to the trees in the cemetery.
I've been sitting here pondering birds, because of this and wondered if any of you could give me answers to my thoughts which are, (a) Has anybody else ever heard a bird call saying "Here ya go"? (b) If this is a one-off bird, it's been around a few years... at least three; so, does anybody know the life span of birds, does it vary according to breed of bird, and how long do they live? and (c) When birds die, where do they go to die, because you never see them lying about on grass, or under hedges or anything, so what happens to them?
Can anybody help me out with this... do we have any bird enthusiasts who've looked into their lifespans and death? Sorry if this sounds a bit odd, but I go off into little "thought trips" like this every so often! lol.

Birds are the ones, to wake me up everyday. So they are part of my life. I heard many times one of the birds, saying " Did you do it". Every bird got its own melodius tune. As far as I know the life span of birds vary from 5-20 years according to the breed. We cannot see their corpse, as it will be consumed by other birds/animals before we notice them.

That's interesting. I love kingfishers. I've only ever seen the one here, and that was at the first millpond of three you come to when walking out across the countryside. I saw him dive and come up with a fish, one summers evening whilst I was walking. Beautiful colours.
