Who for you is the Best Filipino News Anchor today??

All the news anchors you've stated are really good and very dedicated with their job. They have different personalities and different styles when it comes to reporting. My Top favorite is Vicky Morales. She seems to wake me up with her smiling face at night. She has this "masa appeal" and I love watching her in the TV Show "Wish Ko Lang".

Korina Sanchez for me is the best anchor on that list you mentioned

The best for me is Korina Sanchez, straightforward questions and she is not annoying. I would have love to see Loren Legarda again in tv but she is busy with politics already, she is also one of the best..anybody agree with me?

for me that would be Mike Enriquez. I love his investigative skills and his courage to do things like that. I also admire Julius Babao for that. They are both good in presenting their facts. They only believe in the truth. They are always in search for truth and I hope they don't get to politics in the future he he!;)

With her numerous awards from various award-giving bodies for television, including the Gawad CCP para sa Telebisyon, Community Outstanding Young Achievers Awards, Catholic Mass Media Awards, KBP Golden Dove Awards, PMPC Star Awards for Best Female Newscaster and recently Best Newscaster for TV Patrol, Best Talk Show Host for Morning Girls with Kris and Korina, Best Radio Program for Korina sa Umaga, Pipol of the Year 2004, best female newscaster award from UST TV Awards 2005, and Anak TV Seal 2006 favorite Female Personalities who else do you think would be the best Filipino News Anchor today? No doubt about it...my favorite KORINA SANCHEZ. Although I admit that I also admire the forte of other newscasters like Julius Babao, Mike Enriquez and the rest.

who in heaven's name, stsrted the trend of reading the news in a higher pitch, as if the newscaster is reporting something of urgent and prime importance? It sounds so silly and artificial. News should be delivered as factual , not artificially made important by anchors delivering news in a fake, pang palengke voice. Apologies for those who are hit hard, but place tourself in place of the normal viewer. There is no need to trump up the news, no need to interview grieving victims crying for justice, please do not sensationalize bad news further, nor is there a need to editorialize, just the facts please, delivered in a normal tone of voice, please!!! We are teaching our young viewers all the wrong things.

my favorite is korina sanchez. she seems to me like a no-nonsense woman. she is very credible and is really very intelligent. she seems unreachable which makes her a dream. korina is an epitome of success.

I don't like anchors who raise or modulate their voices because I find them over. I like best Ces Drilon and my second best is Korina and Karen.

The Best Filipino News Anchor Today for me is Vicky Morales,she's so natural and needs nothing else like she doesn't need to raise her voice to the highest tone to make her news appealing.Simply natural. But of course I also like Mel, MIke and Korina.
