What do you do when you are too stressed out?

I would usually like to have a cup of coffee or tea. I find it very helpful. I also like to take a good long nap before I start tackling out the things that i have to handle. I work like an extremely busy ant daily and work will not come to an end as new things will just come.
Rest and relax definitely very important to me.

When I feel that i am stressed out
Then I will go to bath room and opens my shower and i simply stand below it the water falls on the head and it flows all my body then i simply make that the water to fall on my scalp by moving my hair with the finger and wash up then i uses a fragnented soap i take nearly 30 min bath then totally all the heat in my body will discharges then i comeout like that and stand under the fan and airconditioning now the body is totally cool
Then i will wear a causual wear, lighten fragnented agarbathies keep my musicsystem with light music like classical and try to sip a hot beverage with some spicy snacks ...... this will change my mood from stressed out to romantic
From there onwards our happy and joyable life

I would have a cup of tea to relax myself. Otherwise I would play shooting or fighting games to vend my frustrations. Sometimes I will go for a swim.
