Third times a charm?

Well for those who know me, this is the third house we are trying to buy. We have gotten all of the financing we needed to get this one! Now, we only have one hurdle left... the FHA appraisal. We should know by the middle of next week whether or not it appraises for what we offered. If our luck holds we will be moving in between the middle and end of June! YEAH!!! Now this place is a bit more rural than we were hoping but we are getting about an acre of land with this one, so my son will have plenty of room to run, Although we will have to put a fence up, but hey it is quite a bit less than any of the other houses we have been looking at.

Congratulations! I hope that you move goes smoothly and that your family is very happy in your new home. I wish we could live in a more rural area. Having neighbors on top of you all the time gets to be old really fast. I'm sure your son will have a blast with all that room to run around and do fun kid stuff, like catching butterflies and camping out in the backyard.

While I am pretty sure that he will enjoy being able to do all of those backyard activities I KNOW I will enjoy doing them with him. I can't wait to go firefly hunting with him. We only have a couple more days till we find out about the FHA appraisal and the anticipation is killing us.
