Not on the internet..... please don't send me all of your links.
What do you do when you find that you could use some extra cash? Do you have a garage sale, sell things you make, paint houses, perhaps you are a web designer as a hobby (okay, yes that is on the internet). Do you ever just use pure ingenuity and find a way to make some extra something here and there.
I do my share of trying to find ways online of making some money, but when it gets down to it I can try to sell some of the pottery I make and usually I feel pretty good about it when it sells. I also will get real focussed about saving pennies hear & there (like, shopping on double coupon day or giving up a Starbucks trip now and then) and then I feel like I have a reason to be proud of my efforts. I never seem to walk away from the computer feeling proud that I earned a few dollars.
What do you do for immediate extra cash?

I know what you mean! Even making pennies on the side take time and hard work. I really don't believe there is any real fast EASY money out there. I sell handmade goods - cards, sewing items, holiday item, flower beaded barrettes and things like that. I have a few store on the internet. You can check out my one store at www.MadeByTammy.com.I spend many hour promoting, making and handing out business cards. I think the only way to have some extra money is to have a budget and don't try to keep up with your neighbors.

My sister does that. She lives in a farming community and her ex-inlaws have a farmers market booth where they let her sell. She does pretty well.
LOL I think finding bargains is saving (a penny saved is a penny earned) money .... just let your husband laugh.

I generate Extra Income by working extra hours for others. I make Various Import Licences for Importers, to save the customs duty. I also earn extra cash by Real Estate brokerage. In 2005, my extra Income was more than my regular Income(salary).

Thank you for the response. Actually though, I wasn't looking for ideas. I do have ways that I make a little money (or save money which works for me) and I was just currious if other people do too.

I have made some money with network marketing and now also with a program completing online offers and forms and surveys. I would like to try eBay but I haven't got around to it yet.

SFI, i.e. Strong Future International. I personally know Gery Carson the owner and have worked for him in the past as a customer service representative. He is one of the most democratic and fair employers I have ever worked for.

LOL - you said not to send your links but hopefully you won't mind my 'little plug' :) To make some extra money I crochet and sell baby afghans and matching pillows. I don't sell alot though (I think I've sold 15 sets in a year) so am thinking of branching out into some other homemade items to sell. I am a 'craftsie' person as my mother calls me - she's not into making crafts herself but loves receiving them.
If you'd like to look at my afghans you can see them here

I have a few ideas for other items but am looking for an inexpensive 'shopping cart' system other than eBay - their just so big things seem to get lost there.

LOL I don't mind your plug at all. Your afghan sets are simply beautiful!! I have you bookmarked your site, I get invited to lots of baby showers lately.
I wish you luck as you branch out into other things. I've seen your posts about establishing an online store. I will be watching with interest.
Thanks for the response.
