Disheartening

I know I hate reading about other people complaining but now the shoe is on the ohter foot i want a shot of it.
As you probably noticed I have been shucked an 8 star after being a 9 for so long. What on earth did I do wrong?
Plus, I think the earnings I just got paid were very unjustified considering how much time I have spent here.
I have played my part as a good citizen here at myLot by contributing what I think are quality posts, rating people, reporting abuse, even reporting something I found on youtube concerning myLot. I am an all singing all dancing brilliant citizen here and clearly myLot think I SUCk!!!
I reckon we should be given evaluations or something cos I want to know what is expected of me!

I'm sorry you are having such bad luck. But don't give up. it can only get better?? Right?? keep on moving on I give you a plus whenever i see you and i know others do too. You will be back up there in no time Hugs to you my friend.

I'm sorry it went down to an 8. I just answered your other one about reaching a 10. Please, do not feel bad. As far as the pay, you are right. It sucks. It used to be so much better on this site when I started. I didn't work nearly as hard as I do now, and I got 4 times more. We also did not have this stupid star thing. But, it doesn't reflect on your income. It is given to you by the members here. Some people are jealous, and give a - to be mean. I'm going to rate you another + to help get it up for you. I know how you feel. I used to have a 91/100. But now I got knocked down by three ratings to an 88/100. I don't know why this happened. I've been helping people by giving advice, showing them useful sites, the works. Yet, this shouldn't have happened.

I can feel for you in this i have been spending alot of time on here as well and posting from my heart and the other day i just got to my 500th post and the next day i had lost 24 of them and tonight i log in and post my first new discussion and lost five more and it was very discouraging. Dont give up claire you are and asset to mylot your responses to my discussion has helped me alot as well as your discussions. I just keep plugging away i just remember all the people on here you included that i have really took a liking to and then i know the real reason y i am here doing what i do.

Oh that is so so sweet. Your bringing tears to my eyes. It's funny how you can really feel that you have either helped or are being helped by w hat people say online. Everyone needs a wee bit of niceness every now and again

My star goes up and down often, it will be a ten for a day then back to a nine, then back to a ten again. Who knows why, I guess it depends on who doesn't like me that day ;)
I don't stress it though, its just a number and I speak my mind, so some people don't like that and that's ok, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
Not sure about the earnings though but wanted to say sorry and hopefully tomorrow's earnings are better!

I know what that is like, but I really do not care. People can be stupid sometimes and there is nothing that you can do about it.

Be Cool. Your thoughts are great! but some people in the world are greedy. they think that all the amount shud be credited and nobody shud get the money if they don't get.
Very Bull S*ht people would rate negative for the discussions in the mylot. MyLot has the clean community. And the users here shud co-operate each other. Helping Each other do their work. Here we share knowledge that helps other or helps to change the world.
All MyLottians! If you don't rate positive atleast don't rate anything! y do u people rate negative?
Always think positive and Let us change the world and make it a better place!

Another thing to think about is that it's possible you have already gone back up to a nine and te rating just hasn't 'rolled over' yet. I don't know for a fact that it is on a timer the way earnings are, but I think that is the case.
I hope yours goes back up soon! Any response from Mylot yet?

They said that it is not them responsible for the star rating as is decided by the other memebers plussing and minusing me. I said that the system obviosuly doesnt work cos when I plus some one but there number doesnt change for a few days there can't be someone minusing them everytime.
I said they need to get a new system that isn't anonymous.
They said they would check over my earnings but it is all worked out automatically according to quality adn input. I said that is rubbish!
Lol. Wait and see what they say later then.

LOLOLOL!! He will probably make you a ten just to ge you to stop propositioning him! That has GOT to be against the guidelines somewher, "Thou shalt not sexually assault, proposition, or pester Mylot staff". Leave it to you! I bet he'll never forget that email!
