okay its really interestin topic 4 me...i want u 2 discuss with me all u dreams...which u want 2 b come true..mine are that i want 2 make a welfare organization which will help the poor nd needy people, it will help poor students to complete their studies...and all welfare work like that!! wat r urs???

yeah first steps are always seems impossible but when one suceeds in completing that phase, then its smooth journey...what are ur key fields to empower women in?? i want initially to estsblish an organization which would pic bright but needy students from all pakistan, and help them financially to complete their education. what do u think about my plan??

Your plan sounds fantastic. However, I would like to target those that are not bright but still needy. As it is, there are already a lot of people and organizations helping those 'bright' students but how about those that are not so 'bright'? They need help and that is what I am trying to do with those women. They may not as bright as the other but they are fully capable and trainable to make something more out of themselves. The key here is letting them realize their true potential and making a better life.
