working local or overseas?

i'm fresh graduate from medical school last year, fully completed govermental compulsatory duty now, fully licenced. but i love travelling so much and i would like to see other overseas experiences, but i just have a lots of confuse.. actually i wanna continue study for specialist but it mostly impossible troughout my country, there are lots of requirements that hard to improve.. i just hear the sound of my heart telling me to go overseas although i dont know yet haow and what to do.. how do you think i suppose to be? stay and work here or...? tell me your life experiences..!
