I have a desktop computer with a CRT monitor as when I bought it the LCD's that I looked at did not have a protective layer on the screen that prevents glare. For someone that spends a lot of time on a computer, if the filter does not work your eyes tend to suffer a lot. Also at the moment I think the AMD 64 processor is one of the best as it has a 64bit processor chip that is the future in operating systems, eg Vista as until now a 32bit chip was used the difference is amazing.

My computer at home is a Dell with a CRT monitor. At work it is a generic brand computer that the computer tech guy put together. Someday I would like to get a laptop at home. I have been quite satisfied with my Dell computer. So I would probably get a laptop from them when the time comes or I also like a Toshiba laptop.

My older computer is an iMac but I use it most times only for paying bills. I feel it is safer, no viruses so far.
I have a newer laptop - Hp - and it is working well but it has to have a virus program.
I have also a small card if I am not home and want to go out to Internet. The card works with the mobile net but it is cheap only if I use it in the evening and in my home country.

I am using a computer built by my dad and it doesn't have a name brand. It's a desktop with 224MB RAM and a speed of 1.5GHz. Now that's a fast computer! I prefer those nice shine black and silver computers. To me, it just has an awesome appearance. I think the brand that has the best quality would have to be Dell. Dell is number one!

currently i m using a lenovo laptop and find it quite good.it has a LCD screen and it looks good despite being only 14 inches.I prefer an external keyboard since i am used to that from long ago,and because of the compactness i find laptop keys a bit congested
