Can you people give me some tips?

Practice makes perfect. If you look at some of the pictures I posted in my profile, they are of butterflies and bees. I'm very keen in taking pictures of insects .... flying ones! I started with lots of patience. I took about 300 to 400 pictures of butterflies, tweaking my cameras to the suitable ISO and lightings. I had to look at the bushes and quiet roads. I even had to laugh with people who laughed at me! But, after two weeks, I was able to shoot some good pictures. I also make very little effort to catch pictures of any other insects now. The training I had really pays off. Of course...... be patient when you can't get it right the first time! If you are not steady .... get a tripod. This is very important. The best digicam with anti-shake won't be much help unless you steady yourself first!
