ISB DirectNet Server Unaccessable

Please help me how to access ISB DirectNet server which is unaccessable since 24/7. Alot of investers with this Infini Swiss Bank (ISB) have the same problem to login with this server. I'm just a beginner learning how to invest and yet the problem occurs.
