Evil Spirits

I want to know seriously how do you get rid of evil spirits in your home? I let my stepsons mother in my home and every since then I that nothing but evil in in the presence of my home,becuase for a while it was about to destroy my marriage,but i stayed on my knees in prayer. If anybody knows let me know.

Thank you alot my mother told me to do this and I keep putting this off and I can't continue to do this any longer, because it seems like the longer I wait the worse it gets with her and her son when he comes over. Again Thank You :)

If you're a Christian, firstly, ask for God's forgiveness of all your known and unknown sins-- demons love to dwell on places where there's an unrepented people. Secondly, if you could post Scriptural verses in your walls that states the defeat of Satan (in bold letters); you should read/proclaim it aloud everytime you feel their evil presence. And thirdly, after prayer and proclaiming, play a praise & worship songs-- this will drive demons because they hate praises for God. See the whole chapter of PSALM 91; COLOSSIANS 1:15-20. All you have to do is get rid of any thing connected to spiritism in your home, the pray for help from God above and they will flee from you.

when i have had problems i have burnt sage and rung bells up the corners of the room. i have sprinkled salt around the house and reikied the house all are very powerful and people notice a difference. i have put a small mirror facing outward and we lost 2 houses of heroin dealers opposite us so i was happy with that. we dont have any problems in our area now and i like to think my efforts helped toward this. i also did about 3 meditations with a guy from up the road asking for light in the area. within weeks we had new street lamps - not the sort of light we were asking for but never mind :) and a group of people litter picking the area.

From the last 2 posts i see that too much people are watching Supernatural. Mostly i liked answer with the autoritale talking to the spirits in the name of Jesus. But why are you asking us to tell you what to do? Or you have not a Bible? Look what Jesus do with the spirits and demons .... he told them not to speak and he ask them for their names. If you ask one spirit or deamon and this is really spirit or deamon and you as him for his name in the name of Jesus there isn't a way you aren't be able to know the name. Then you will be able to cast the spirit or the deamon away in the name of Jesus. Usually these things are strong to be recognized. I think that if you doesn't know the name of the spirit you will not be able to cast it away effectively. :)
