yesterday while i was talking to my friends one of my friend said "The Person who knows the heart of girl can rule the world." I know this was said by Shakespeare. But i wanted to Know your Saying about this.

But maybe shakespeare doesn't mean our world. Maybe it's the world of love, when you know your loved one, you stand above those woh do not.
