lick, lick,lick....

OK here goes. My dog Buddy (Boston Terrier) is constantly licking. you pet him and it is like you turned on the key to the toung. I mean he starts licking if you push him away he comes right back to licking you. if you don't stop him he will get you drenched in slobber. You'll be trying to sleep and all you hear is that toung licking you turn around and he not even licking anything he just licking..that gets to be one of the annoying sounds I know.
any one else have a licking problem with their dog.

lol that would still drive me crazy..I'd be waiting till I left the house to put it on...haha

Does he get much exercise? A lot of dogs that don't get enough mental stimulation turn to obsessive-compulsive types of behavior to relieve their pent up anxiety.
Try walking him daily, or going to the dog parks and letting him run. If you go hiking or do any sorts of activities, try taking him along.
He just needs an outlet for his energy and if he isn't getting one (or enough of one) then he's going to start exhibiting behaviors that you dont like.

Yea he started eating our shoes which he hasn't done in a long time..lol thank you should take him out more...lol
