I think its time that Dravid Steps down as a Captian, he does not have the qualities of a leader, though he is a very good player and a great person, but then he is not at all commanding too polite for a captian of an undiciplined team like India. We need someone like Sourav, may be Yuvraj Singh, or Mohmmad Kaif.

The bowling defintely looked pathetic and batting didn't do any better as well except for the match winning partnership between Dhoni and Karthik. Surely the Indian team has performed badly recently but we can also say that Bangladesh is really evolving as a cricketing nation and their future looks bright. You're right there's no use of introducing youngsters if there is no solid base foundation in the domestic cricket. BCCI should make it compulsory for whole indian team to play atleast two matches to qualify for playing in international matches just like Australia have been doing. Just look at Australia's domestic cricket, its so strong coz all players have to compulsory play some domestic matches. Thats why we see a Michael clarke or a Hussey coming in and straight away scoring big runs whereas in India we have a guy scoring tons of runs in domestic cricket as no international players play but when blooded to international level we have to wait for long to see if he has the potential.So the system looks bleak right now and if we are to succed then lots of improvement is needed.
