Is YVES ROCHER a liar ???

I have been using Yves Rocher products for a little while now, so I was completly surprised when a friend told me that, despite what they claim, their products are not "natural" at all and that they did test their ingredients on animals. Plus she told me that she read that their creams were not effective at all because they contain a very tiny amount of active ingredients! I was very disppointed because I like them : they were not too expensive and I really liked the fact that they were rewarding you with presents, and you could have 90 days free credit ... SNIF What do you think about it? Have you heard of YvesRocher? Have you tested it? Have you heard that rumor? I really don't know if I should keep on using their products if they are liars, because telling people your products are natural when they are not ... Do you think Yves Rocher is a liar?

Hi Rick, Yes I have heard that Yves Rocher do use test their products on animals. Yes I have used Yves Rocher products before until I knew about this around 7 years ago. Oh yes I know that they are liars and that is why I changed and use Melaleuca products and use to sell them.

Hi Rick, Yes well I used to have my own affiliate business with them when I belong to them they were wonderful but I have unfortunately resigned from the company as it costs me around $120.00 per month. But I would love to be with them again ss their products are unreal.

I use Yves Roches, I like the free gifts and the low prices. My concern with them was that they claim not to do animal testing and that they don't use animal based ingredients in their products. So one time when they called me up on the phone I asked them about it. And they assured me that they do not test. But at the same time the person on the phone didn't seem to know any details. However I read somewhere on the net that they are a daughter company of some larger company and that big company does test on animals, and they probably also use animal based ingredients. HTH

I think they are better than the big mainstream companies, who definitely test on animals and have unwanted ingredients. Of course there are lots of companies that are vegan, especially in the US, but they are also more expensive. It's all about what you can live with.
