I have some pine trees, and would like to plant some perennials I already have some Hosta's. I am looking for suggestions for flowers, any ideas.

I have hostas and 2 different types of lilies that thrive in the shade around all my trees. I've also ordered 3 different varities of flowering ground covers to grow under a couple of my trees as well since it's too shady for even grass to grow under them.

Orchids - Beautiful orchids.
I think there are many varieties of orchids which could thrive in shady places and their flowers are very beautiful and long lasting. In fact, many orchids grow in the forests and they bear beautiful flowers.
