Which music bas been most influental in your life?

I can't say that music has influenced me per se but it has had a great impact and my life has a definite soundtrack to it which has evolved over the years. I really got into music in the early 80's listening to Gary Numan, OMD, Ultravox and all that synth pop stuff...by the early 90's I had moved on to a lot of techno/trance type stuff..I was old enough to hit the clubs at that point and that's the scene I ended up in...I have now moved on to hardcore industrial like Skinny Puppy, Hocico etc, but still have a love of the earlier stuff I listened to. I can hear a specific piece of music and close my eyes and put myself back to the place where I first heard it or used to listen to it....very powerful

Pink Floyd and Scorpions. I allways associate them with very deep emotions and strong periods in my life.

"Wake me up before September Ends " by Green Day has been a very influential musical for me. Everytime I am done for what ever reason I always listen to it and I am out of it in an instance. Actually I have adopted the lyrics of the song to certain incidents in my life and they fit so well, so this one sounds very near to me.... Also I remember this Christian song "Ave Maria", I would listen when I used to be Sad. This song was my friend when I was lonely very long time ago. I am not a christian, but still that song was special for me.
