Traditional Animation or Computer Animation?

Being a big kid at heart and a huge Disney fan, I have watched every almost every animated Disney film released and have most of them on DVD too!!! However whilst I would agree that some of the latest Computer Animated Disney Films are impressive from a technical point of view and good fun, I still prefer the traditional hand drawn Disney Cartoon Films. What do you think?

If i am to consider how many classics i like and how many new 3d animated features i think the choice is simple - i prefer the classic hand made animation, because i know how much work has been put into it, and it sure is great. I just can't wait for the Prince and the frog, the next hand made animated classic that is bound to come out in the next period. I am also waiting for some classic special editions to come out on amazon (and perhaps in my country) as i want to add them to my growing Disney collections (i managed to gather about 27 dvd-s in 1 year, so i am doing good).

All I can say is - I agree with you totally. The traditional hand drawn stuff is the best!

Both of them, but i prefer the good old animation from my childhood. The hand drawn one are more original as ideas, the computer animation is with better technical quality.

Not a very good fan of Disney and its animated features. Computer animation or traditional are both good if you have a story to tell. It is not the technique but essence.
