You did more than me. We had salads. It was just too hot to cook today. I can't believe it is the begining of May and I turned the air conditioner on. To unreal.

Tonight was chinese.
I took my mom to a local chinese restaurant, one of the ones that are mostly for take-out but have 4 or 5 tables if you want to eat there.
I had hot and sour soup, an egg roll, and chicken curry.
My mom had a general Tso's chicken combo with fried rice and an egg roll. Most times we get a bunch of appetizers but this time just enjoyed the meals.

i was very very tired since i was in the meetings all day long and i had my lunch also at 5.00 in the evening. which is not even a proper tea time. then i had my tea at around 6.30 p.m.
in the night, first i wanted to skip my dinner but then i made two sandwiches and ate it with sauce and a cup of coffee with a sweet dish in the end, that was my dinner.

We had a frozen stouffer's lasagne. Truly, the laziest thing on earth. Salad to go with it, only, just the spinach out of the bag. I was so tired that I didn't feel like having to do a bunch of dishes to make dinner. Plus, Ugly Betty was on, lol! I can't be all over the kitchen on Ugly Betty night.
