can anyone tell me what the number between brackets under a user's avatar means? and what does the star with a number in it above some user's avatar mean?

There is no confusion met there just how many discussion yoiu have posted is there in b/w the brackets and the star resumbles after completion of ur 100 posts by the quality of ur post mylot will give the rating star so by that u can expect the money through ur discussios.
