Menthol or Lights? Which do you prefer to smoke?

I am not a smoker, indeed I hate smoking. This is not good for our health. It may cause different illness to our body.
I'm just curious of what most people use for smoking. Do you prefer menthol or lights for your cigarette? Why do you choose such type? What is the difference between the two? I know most of you knows the answer. Will you share it with us?

i smoke menthol lights. menthol is the flavor and light refers to how strong the cig is.
filters are full strength, lights/med are medium strength and ultra lights are of course the least strong.
thats a basic explanation for non-smokers lol.
